Turophilia (Cheese)

~ Turophilia is a love of or obsession with cheese.
~ Cheese takes up about 1/10 the volume of the milk it was made from.
~ In 1936 the first American blue cheese plant was founded by Felix Frederickson in Faribault, Minnesota.
